Sessions take place in the acoustically aligned timber Embody Studio in Ballydehob, West Cork. They can be booked separately with prepayment online or cash at the door - €20. Space is limited to 12 students.

Sound Therapy is an ancient art that goes back over 3000 years. Everything is vibrating at a molecular level. Sound and vibration can deeply influence our well-being in powerful ways. Come to the Embody Studio for a healing sound bath and experience a beautiful meditative way to relax and enjoy music and sound as therapy.

Michael Mattioli is a lifelong multi-instrumentalist and Reiki practitioner with excellent intuitive skills. As you experience Michael's soothing sounds, Megan facilitates individual hands on energy healing.

No experience needed and dress for comfort. Your only requirement is to show up! You may be seated or lie down. Studio props are available for extra comfort, but please feel free to bring anything from home to increase your relaxation.
