€50 for a 60 minute online private session to create a personalized meditation practice using the embodied tools that are the best fit for you experience, meets your needs and goals and that you enjoy the most. It also adapts meditation techniques for specific health benefits. Sessions can be successfully booked in person or virtually for 1 or 2 people. Megan will help you find the meditation tools that support your individuality and desired outcome. Personalized documentation and follow up support are provided. Typically, 1-3 private sessions will give you the tools you need to develop a regular, joyful meditation practice on your own.
